Insurance
Inland Rheumatology & Osteoporosis Medical Group is a preferred provider of most major health plans. This includes:
- Medicare
- PPOs: BlueCross, BlueShield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Humana, Tricare
- HMOs: Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP), Tricare, Molina, Alpha care
Our medical staff will be happy to assist you in determining your coverage.
Since insurance plans change frequently, please call your insurance company to determine if your deductible, limits, or copayment responsibility has changed.

Registration Forms
Prior to your first appointment, you have the option of downloading all of the registration forms (Adobe Acrobat is required). They can be printed, filled out by hand, and turned in at your first visit.
